OSHA Compliance Training
All placed workers receive OSHA 10 awareness training covering hazard recognition, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures, and emergency response protocols relevant to their assignment.
Site-Specific Orientation
Before day one, workers are briefed on the specific safety requirements, equipment, and procedures of their assigned facility. We coordinate directly with your safety team to ensure alignment.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
Our account managers conduct regular check-ins with both workers and client supervisors throughout every assignment. Safety concerns are addressed immediately, not at the next quarterly review.
Incident Response Protocol
In the event of a workplace incident, our team responds within hours. We manage documentation, coordinate with workers' compensation, and work with your team to prevent recurrence.
